Wonderful Day in Lake district with exceptional driver guide Patrick picked us up at our hotel in a very clean van and expertly navigated through traffic and narrow village roads, all while providing expert personable conversation about the area. He took us through his childhood town, explained history, culture and natural facts in a pleasant manner. The "secret" stops for lake views were spectacular. I was especially pleased that he anticipated my love of farm animals and made some extra stops to indulge me.A wonderful day overall - not to be missed if you need an intelligent and thoughtful guide in Austria.

Great tour of Hallstatt and the Salzburg region! Our family had a really great day with Manfred as he led us on our tour of Hallstatt and Berghof during our time in Salzburg. Manfred was very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas and we had a great time seeing the beautiful mountain views. We got to see a variety of different sights to include lakeside resorts and towns, castles, mountain ranges, famous spots from the filming of The Sound of Music as well as historical WW2 locations. Manfred gave us a lot of time in each location to really explore the different spots and we enjoyed learning about the region. Rain and Snow in previous days had closed the road to Eagles Nest but Manfred quickly pivoted and we had a very informative time exploring Berghof and the underground bunkers. We would definitely recommend Manfred and MCM Tours for sightseeing in Salzburg.

Fantastic South Tyrol day tour with memories to cherish for a lifetime Patrick and Manfred were excellent tour guides taking us on a magnificent tour of South Tyrol with their extensive knowledge of the region and its history. The weather treated us to the first autumn snow and they were just as excited about this as we were. The tour was unique and it did not feel like they were just going through the motions. Not only did we get to enjoy green meadows, we also got to see the snow covered Alps, quaint little towns and hiatoric old buildings. This is a day that we will cherish and talk about for a long time in the future.Baie dankie! The van Stadens from South Africa

A wonderful day! We spent a lovely day with Patrick touring Hoenwerfen Castle and the Eagles Next area. We had the most amazing time! The tour was filled with great information, interesting stories, and enough time at local attractions that we were able to immerse ourselves in the history and experience. Patrick went above and beyond to follow up with us after the tour to share restaurant and local dish recommendations (after hearing us talk about our desire to have a more local experience). We tried several of his recommendations and it was the best food of the trip. We would rate the tour 10 full stars if we could!

Beautiful Day in the Lake District Austria Manfred picked us up at our hotel and after discussing our interests, he customized the itinerary to our interests. We drove toward the Lake District from Salzburg, with several stops at his suggestion that we never would have thought of (specifically, Hangar 7). The stunning drive included view stops and local insight. At Wolfgangsee, Manfred left us for a leisurely lunch on the water at the White Horse, with instructions on how to take the ferry on a lake crossing back to where he met us for a drive back, again with photo stops. It was lovely day, and Manfred was also generous with advice on our next stop (Vienna). He is professional, knowledgeable and personable; an ideal guide.

Eagles Nest and Obersalzberg Stunning views, nice weather (arranged by Patrick and the weather gods), great driver, wonderful lunch.Patrick had excellent knowledge, taking us to all the places with the relevant history. Patrick showed us photos of actual WW2 documents that only he has, given by those who were there, or were the descendants of the above. His lunch recommendation was excellent, with unique views as a bonus.Would recommend Patrick to anyone looking for a private tour.
